Thank you for making this report.  Unfortunately in the case of Cygwin
we can't do very much.  The utilities can only support what the
underling operating system supports.  And in that case it is limited
by what MS provides.

For MS-Windows problems and Cygwin problems it would be most
appreciated if you would make your reports to Cygwin directly.  They
are the experts in that area.

fileutils is the old name.  Please switch to the newer coreutils.
