With less-than-tender cuts like brisket, the moist, gentle heat of braising is the answer.
Their huge, crunchy, streusel tops are beguiling. But your patience will pay off in a big way with a potful of tender, rich, flavorful beef. The big, oversized beauties sold at malls.
It's delicately seasoned with mild aromatics. And let me tell you, this is the one you want to have.
They're going to be producing just TONS of beautiful tomatoes soon. But here's a fantastic "Summer Corn Salad" recipe that eases the transition to autumn. It's a real disappointment.
Pan roasting is a great technique for thick cuts of meat or fish.
But your patience will pay off in a big way with a potful of tender, rich, flavorful beef. There's nothing wimpy about this sorbet - except maybe how easy it is to make!
