[BHL] BHL 1.7.1

Hi all,

BHL is not dead.  But my computer is.  Since february 2003, I have to
work on a machine that is NOT mine.  So far, it's ok.

I plan to deeply rethink BHL.  I want to (try to) implement the
parsing-rendering method described here:
http://emacswiki.wikiwikiweb.de/cgi-bin/wiki.pl/WikiModeDiscussion

Here is my personal wishlist (send me yours):

   * XEmacs full compatibility
   * make BHL XHTML 1.1 compliant.
   * bhl2man - bhl2mgp - bhl2xml
   * better font-locking and autofill
   * more and more global specifications
   * local specifications (e.g. for tables)
   * (bhl-create-index)

Whaouh.  This is quite a lot.  Since I'm currently struggling for
money I dare put a "Make a donation" button on the BHL homepages:

Here is BHL 1.7.1, a minor bug fixes release.

I have fixed some bugs concerning characters encoding in HTML and
WikiNames conversion.  BHL now checks dubious tags inside verbatim
environments.  You can tell BHL whether it have to guess the
sectioning style of a new file.  You can interactively guess the
sectioning style of the current buffer.

The manual has been updated.  See the ChangeLog for further details.
