No! Don't try this at home! ;)

Well, seriously: "libsndfile -> libsndfile-devel" should just explain
the relation between the two packages. To make it short: On SuSE, just
install the packages:

libsndfile
libndfile-devel
gtk2
gtk2-devel

These are no console commands, but packages you have to install (if they
are not already) with your favourite package installation tool (Sax2?).
Please read your documentation of your distribution. I know that SuSE
comes with some excellent books explaining all the basics. And when you
are really done with them you will be even a little expert. :-)

Then, come back and ask if you still have problems with ANT.
