[XWEM]: Adding things to xwem-icons-alist

Hi Evgeny!

I was able to add that app icon in `xwem-icons-alist', but there was
an annoyance. :-(

The icon had to be put in `xwem-icons-dir'.  This is what I added to
my `~/.xwem/xwemrc.el'...

(add-to-list 'xwem-icons-alist
             '(["Links.*" ".*" ".*"] . "links.xpm"))

How can I tell it that the icon file is in a different directory?
