Log message:
        * Back out previous (new)flex fixes. The latest flex is not compatible
        with previous, and the install base is too small. Eventually,
        the latest flex may be detected in configure.in and put into
        a compatibility mode, yet to devise.
        * Added proper support for Free fields, for import and export.
        This fixes log.c broken U1/U2 replacement.
        * make GCC happy with C99 style struct initializers
        * Added callsign,locator and date in export file header
