I think wxie is just too busy or does not want to write emails. Oh well.

FWIW, wxie has used four different addresses, gmail (registered on 
Savannah), hotmail (on his GPG public key uid?), the fsf.member.org 
alias to hotmail, and a safe-mail address as the latest: <xws192222 at 
safe-mail.net>. You should try the last one.
