Hi, hackers in the GNU CTT! I have published a new unofficial Chinese
translation of the GNU LGPLv3 on <https://licenses.peaksol.org/lgplv3-zh.html>
in replacement of the old one listed on
<https://www.gnu.org/licenses/translations.html#LGPL>. Can you please review
this new translation and decide if it's better to link to the new one on
gnu.org? A lot of thanks!
