Patentleft 是指专利，Copyleft 是应用于版权。专利和版权在法律上是两个完全不同的概念： https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/not-ipr.en.html 所以 Patentleft 和 copyleft不是同义词(synonym)，而是相同概念在不同领域的应用。维基百科上面也说了二者关系是类比关系：Patentleft is analogous to copyleft。
