As written in README.Translators, this is Bill Xu.  He replaced your
successors after personal recommendation from RMS and a fairly long
period of inactivity.  However, Bill has accomplished nothing for a
year, so we're looking for replacement again.

I'll make that "official" soon.

If Bill or some of the other Chinese team committers does not reply in
