Inoltro messaggio non arrivato in lista

Ciao,

Thérèse Godefroy, webmaster di gnu.org e coordinatrice del gruppo
francese, mi dice che quattro giorni fa ha inviato in lista il messaggio
che riporto qui sotto ma sembra non sia ancora passato. E' in moderazione?

In poche parole si offre a dare una mano per aggiornare i PO che non
comportano tradurre o modificare righe di testo ma solo nei casi dove si
tratta di link o cose minori. E anche a correggere entità html che sono
sbagliate.

Questa è una cosa che lei ha già fatto per altri gruppi che sono poco
attivi o mancano di coordinatore.

Vogliamo risponderle?

Hello,

The Italian POs have been badly messed up by recent changes to the
philosophy directory. Since you probably have more urgent things to do
than copy-pasting links and removing fuzzy markers, I propose to take
care of Italian POs the same way I took care of Dutch POs and some
others: basically, updating links, markup and copyright line, and
removing English-specific fuzz.

I noticed that some of the old files still contain straight quotes,
occasional double dashes, and hyphens instead of dashes. I can easily
fix this if you tell me what to use instead.
In some recent articles, English &mdash; and &ldquo;…&rdquo; are
translated to UTF8 characters. I could do that everywhere if you wish,
to make future maintenance easier.

&mdash;         -->   –   n-dash with spaces around it
&ldquo;…&rdquo; -->  “…”  curly brackets, as in most articles
                 or  «…»  cf. Wikipedia [0]  (I find these clearer.)
