The following invocation doesn't download any files, even though with wget1 it
worked:
```
wget2 -nd -np -nH -H -r -l 1 -A '*-CHECKSUM'
https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/40/Cloud/x86_64/images
```
I then realized that `-np` probably doesn't do what I want and isn't necessary,
so I can just remove it, but it should probably still be fixed for
compatibility with wget1.
