wget2 | WGET2 doesn't recognize Yggdrasil IPv6 addresses (#624)

It assumes that the first colon is between an IP address and a port number 
(http://200:488/dep/manifest.json), instead of 
http://[200:488f:e5d7:de2a:cc39:8758:509f:a0fe]:8080/dep/manifest.json

It's possible that this also affects regular IPv6 addresses as well, but I've 
been unable to test a regular IPv6 address.
