wget2 | Segmentation fault (core dumped) on recursive download (#619)

Hi guys,
just tried wget2 to download some stuff from a website and got an "Segmentation 
fault (core dumped)"-Error -> stopping then.

**Thats the command I used:**
`wget2 --force-progress --max-threads=2 --progress=bar -nc -r -nH --no-parent 
--reject-regex="index.html*" --reject="jpg" 
https://gentool.net/data/zh/2022_12_December/10_Saturday`


Did I do anything wrong or is it a bug?
