Maybe it's worth removing the `.wget-hpkp` file. The exaxt path will be shown 
with `wget2 -d`.

Meanwhile, I'll spelunk into the code to see whether the `host` argument to 
`wget_hpkp_db_check_pubkey()` may become NULL.
