wget | Duplicate file naming in Windows (#13)

While downloading file multiple times it adds number to end of the file name 
after the file extension. This makes the new file not able to be opened in 
Windows without manually changing the file extension.

**Steps to reproduce:**
- Download file
- Download file with same name to same directory
- Try to open the second file
