Possibly if the file is auto-derived from directories. URLs ending in slashes
(e.g. `www.example.com/somedir/`) are converted to index.html (e.g.
`www.example.com/somedir/index.html`). Possibly, the accept/reject checks are
ignored in this case - I'll have to set up a test.
