`src/wget2_noinstall[.exe]` is a executable while `src/wget2` is a bash
wrapper. We need wget2_noinstall for testing, especially with valgrind. Feel
free to ignore it. Btw, it will only work as long as you have
`src/wget2/libwget/.libs/libwget.so.1`.
With `make install`, an extra executable / binary `wget2` is generated and
installed (as well as libwget.so if your build is dynamic).
