Option -P is not working correctly with Lumito version Wget2 1.99.2 for Windows:
D:\wget2-1.99.2\bin>wget2 -P D:\target-dir -o D:\log-dir\wget2.log
https://www.gnu.org/software/wget/
or
D:\wget2-1.99.2\bin>wget2 -P "D:\target-dir" -o "D:\log-dir\wget2.log"
https://www.gnu.org/software/wget/
A subdirectory "D%3A%5Ctarget-dir" is created in the working directory
D:\wget2-1.99.2\bin
