The gnulib files in the tarball are mostly in lib/ and m4/.
The version of gnulib used is pinned in the wget2 git commit, e.g. if it is the
v2.0.0 tarball, you can find out the gnulib commit by
1. git clone wget2
2. git checkout v2.0.0
3. ./bootstrap
4. cd gnulib && git branch (this tells you the gnulib commit hash)
