Mathias Wingert created an issue: https://gitlab.com/gnuwget/wget2/issues/518
when I call wget2 from a directory, I.E. /home/example/ all of the files that
were named using the content disposition headers(pdfs, pptx, etc) are placed in
that directory. They do not appear in the directory of the page they belong on,
or the directory specified by the output flag. This leads the convert links to
fail as well.
