I tried to test commit 32c393a456523ff5a23f9857b4744f603c12311d as part of 
master but did not get `bootstrap --no-git --gnulib-srcdir="$PWD/gnulib"` or 
`autoreconf -fi` to pass.

They are failing after
```
automake: error: cannot open < lib/gnulib.mk: No such file or directory
```
and

```
./bootstrap: Bootstrapping from checked-out wget2 sources...
./bootstrap: getting translations into po/.reference for wget2...
```

Nothing urgent, though. Will probably be fine with 1.99.3
