Specifically:  https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_a_download.asp. Moreover if 
the download="filename"
where filename is a fullpathname or relative to where wget2 is invoked it would 
be nice if wget2 would
make the directory structure. A few weeks ago I checked whether this was 
possible and apparently it 
is not.
