I've made the changes.
Regarding git, `git push` is returning a 403 : 
```bash
$ git com configure.ac
[master 55d02b9] Test if doxygen OR pandoc is present to build the docs
 1 file changed, 10 insertions(+), 6 deletions(-)
$ git branch -a | grep master
* master
  remotes/origin/HEAD -> origin/master
  remotes/origin/master
$ git push 
Username for 'https://gitlab.com': sebman
Password for 'https://address@hidden': 
fatal: unable to access 'https://gitlab.com/gnuwget/wget2.git/': The requested 
URL returned error: 403
$ echo $?
128
```
