@ojhaarjun1 The first step is to write a test (as simple as possible) to 
reproduce the issue. We need it anyways. A starter could be 
`tests/test--page-requisites.c`, which you can copy and simplify. You can give 
the test a file (or file structure) with `WGET_TEST_EXISTING_FILES` to see if 
it becomes overwritten or not.
