One question, where can I get the possible values for 
WGET_TEST_EXPECTED_ERROR_CODE and an explanation of them?

Also, I've seen that with -I/-X "/firstdir" is not the same as "/firstdir/", 
adding the final slash breaks the behavior. Is this wanted or a bug? IMO we 
should accept both
