No, I mean I rebased some days ago, but I made this last 2 commits from a local 
clone of the branch in whcih I hasn't pulled the rebased commit.. And I don't 
know how to undone it now.

I'll take a look of your link and about the top-level directory, wouldn't it be 
just "localhost" ?

At least with KEEP_FILES enabled on the test it's what I see
