As I've seen wget1.x doesn't accept something like 
`--exclude-directories=*/pub`. It must be `--exclude-directories=/*/pub`

Wget2 (by now) accepts both. And well, the wget1.x is (as @rockdaboot said) and 
I can't find something useful for our implementation. Then, May I define how it 
should work?
