It is hard to determine the speed for small files (e.g. if we only get one data
packet), especially when pipelining requests with http/2 or when using tcp fast
open. Maybe we should start displaying the speed of single files first time
after e.g. 500ms. But anyways, that is a new issue (if you like to open one).
