Details:

Currently you can only specify multiple certificate authorities by
concatenating them into the main gnutls_ca_file.

Since I might only trust a (self-signed) Certificate Authority for a specific
network, it would be nice if I could specify a ca_file per network, such as:

/set irc.server.freenode.ca_file = "Gandi_ca.cert.pem"
