Details:

String comparison for IRC nicks should be case insensitive and take care about
CASEMAPPING received in ISUPPORT message of server.

Problem reported by Marenz on #weechat: when using psyced.org, the join
received have nick with different case and then WeeChat never opens buffer for
channel joined.
