Details:
Using 0.3.0 built from source on Debian.
Pressing F10 scrolls the topic right. At the moment it's possible to hit F10
a number of times that exceeds the amount required to show the end of the
existing channel topic.
This leads to the position whereby I can be in a channel where I'd need only
ever press F10 twice to view the full topic, but for whatever reason I've hit
it more than twice. I'm now left with the topic bar being empty, bar the "--"
mark on the left. I now need to hit F9 the amount of times I hit F10 to get
back to the start.
Ideally, hitting F10 when the end of the topic is already in view shouldn't
scroll it any further, as this contributes towards bad usability in the
interface.
