I don't see your point. Why these shouldn't be available too?
If you're logged in a wiki, you get credit for the changes made.
Otherwise, you don't.

My point is using any wiki widespread and known enough, but
which makes possible to change or adapt its backend to build
the entire gnu.org website through XSLT, for instance:

  WikiSyntax ==> XHTML (wiki) ==> XSLT ==> XHTML (gnu.org)
