[Web-trans] Dutch Translation Team

Hello,

I noticed there is no Dutch Translation Team yet.

If you are still looking for somebody, I could take care of Dutch 
translations, at a modest speed ;)

Please let me know if you are interested, and if so what the "rules" are 
(apart from those mentioned on the fsf website), and what you'd expect me to 
do (translating of course, but maybe you have more specific suggestions).
