[Web-trans] Volunteer Translation Coordinator

Hi Masayuki,

It appears that there are several of us who have
recently offered to volunteer as translation
coordinators. It would be helpful for us newbie
volunteers to know the specific list of tasks expected
in this role and how we should distribute these
activities so we are all effective in supporting and
promoting the translations of the fsf/gnu website.

1. list of all the translation coordinators
2. list of specific tasks
3. scheme for sharing the workload

It may be helpful to use the recent email from Melissa
offering her help on translations in walking through
and explaining the entire process of how you manage
the translation teams and what are the steps to engage
her in the process:

1. Who responds to her email
2. How is she to be added to the appropriate
translation team
3. Who assigns the translation work to the teams
4. How is the translation work to be assigned

If you could share some information on these items it
would help us all immensely to get started.

Thanks
Praveen
