Hurd pages translation into Spanish

Hi:

I am the Spanish Translations Team Coordinator for the gnu.org web site.
There are some Team members interested in translating the hurd web pages into 
Spanish.

I have direct write access to webcvs/hurd at Savannah, so I can commit the 
Spanish translations to your repository and add the appropriate Spanish link 
to the other languages pages. But first I wanted to ask for your permission.

If you think it's ok for us to do so, I will point out to the Spanish Team 
members that they can start translating the HURD pages, and I will commit the 
translations when finished.
