Web-Hurd is for discussing Hurd web pages. This (cool) idea would be 
more appropriately discussed on Debian-Hurd (packaging is a distribution 
issue) or Bug-Hurd (since this is development).

Sounds Mac-like. =)

I'm not sure how easy this would be, since packaging is different for 
each distribution.
