[vile] Lost crib notes on inserting macros for Unicode

Need to add Unicoce for Rakudo programs, I had some macros in an old 
.vilerc and lost the bloody thing...

Q: For a given unicode char value, say in Hex, what are the keystrokes
   in [x]vile to insert the unicoded value?
