[vile] Note taking application, or personal Wiki that integrates well with vile?

Just on the off chance does anyone here know of a personal wiki or
note taking application that works well with vile?  I guess something
that uses Emacs in server mode would work because one can similarly
use vileserv/vileget.

I've found Zim which is sort of something like what I'm looking for
but I'd really prefer something that uses either RestructuredText (or,
maybe another recognised markup) and doesn't have a GUI as such.

Currently I'm using DokuWiki because I use it elsewhere and I'm
familiar with it but for a simple desktop note-taking application it's
a bit OTT really.
