[vile] Switch for handling of whitespace on J

[Steven Lembark]

Used to have this in my .vilerc, lost track of the 
setting. All it did was standardize the handling of 
whitespace after J. Makes editing code easier (vs.
text).

Q: Anyone recall the switch?
