L0 translater and runner was finished (PureProlog Project)

I have asked for Books' about WAM before. Now I have
finished LO translater and runner by reading them.

It's just a toy, code in Python , no commentary and
may have many bugs. 

L02WAM.py is to translate L0 programe to M1
instructions.

L0engine.py is to execute the instruction and there is
no occurs-check. Is any good occurs-check arithmetic?
