It's strange, it shows in state: not installed !?!

I'm not sure but it does seem to already come from a PPA. I'd suggest
to follow the steps on

https://launchpad.net/~philip5/+archive/extra

to install this PPA and then do an update and upgrade your system and
then check it again.
