Unnecessary reformatting in www-de repository

Hi,

Since I’ve upgraded to current GNUN 0.7 (or rather 0.8 pre alpha), there
is a little problem:

Files in www-de repository will be reformatted what is not necessary (in
my opinion). As a result, these files no longer match with www
repository, and will be "updated"  (-> 'make publish').
In www repository, these files are reformatted again and the game begins
again (-> 'make VCS=xxx')…
