Thanks for taking the effort to translate it.

Do you want us to distribute it with the gnun package?  If so, I'd
suggest to maintain it with po4a, to avoid getting it out of date.  I
can try to craft special rules in doc/Makefile.am; then we can generate
and commit gnun.pot and gnun.es.po in the repository, and then include
both gnun-es.texi and gnun-es.info (automatically regenerated with po4a)
in the release tarball to avoid imposing the po4a dependency on all
users.

Please let me know.  IMNSHO, keeping a translation of a manual without
such machinery is mission impossible.
