The common name for this set of files is W3C XHTML 1.0 DTDs.  We could
use it as upstream package name.  DTDs are published at:

   http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/dtds.html

As integral part of the XHTML specification.

Sure, I just didn't knew that `mktemp' is considered essential.
