Replacing GNU-i18n-SLOT:

Shouldn't we replace those strings:

   GNU-i18n-SLOT: TRANSLATOR'S NOTES
   GNU-i18n-SLOT: TRANSLATOR'S CREDITS

with GNUN-SLOT: ...?  I would like to mark additionally the special
purpose of those strings with something strange in them, like this:

   *GNUN-SLOT: TRANSLATOR'S NOTES*
   *GNUN-SLOT: TRANSLATOR'S CREDITS*

(Emacs uses asterisks in the special buffer names, the same idea here.)

All the po-files and the `make-prototype' script will be affected.  But
it's better to do it now than later, when it will require much more
work.
