I've shortly scanned the logfiles. None of them contains a line like

Are you sure you have applied the patch on both tramp.el and
tramp-sh.el? Have you recompiled the files? Are you sure, the proper
files have been loaded, adter starting a new Tramp session?

Likely, you've missed the compilation. In my logfile, there is the line
