All these data snippets don't help. Pls understand that I could analyze
the problem *only* in case I have a recipe for reproduction, starting
with "emacs -Q", and including *everything* which leads to the error.

Your data snippets seem to tell, that savehist.el is in play. You didn't
say it so far. For example.

Please provide me such a recipe, and I will try to reproduce. If I could
reproduce the problem, I'll fix it.
