When I load tramp, i.e. (require 'tramp), my emacs cpu utilization goes
to over 90%, slowing everything down way too much. Is this normal, or is
there likely a problem?
Versions:
emacs: 21.3.1
tramp: 2.1.9
windows: XP Pro
