Tramp mailing list is moderated now

Hi,

thanks to Adrian Phillips <address@hidden>, who is volunteering,
the Tramp mailing list is moderated now.

Bug reports and messages from subscribed people shall be accepted
automatically. If you find any problem in submission of messages to
the list, please let us know.

Adrian won't be able to moderate the list 24/7 (which is not
necessary), and he will experience offline times during vacation. So
we would appreciate if a second volunteer could share the job with
Adrian.
